The Way of Jesus
First Friday at Leesburg UMC (Aldersgate Building)

Galatians 5:6b: "...the only thing that counts is faith working through love."

Come and walk the Way of Jesus Story walk (similar to Christ story walk), then join us for hot cocoa fellowship and live music as we pack 200 disaster relief kits for UMCOR. The climbing wall and other kids' activities will open as well.

We are heartbroken by the devastating fires in California and the knowledge that so many have lost their homes and are displaced and we hope the kits we assemble will go to help our friends and family in California, but we know they will go wherever they are needed most.

Leesburg UMC works through UMCOR, the United Methodist Committee On Relief, to serve those affected by disaster all over the world. During this event, we will be packing Hygiene Kits and Period Packs.

This event is free and open to the public.
